Delivery
A. Shipping
Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
This timeframe may be extended during busy periods (holidays, promotions, collection launches).
B. Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected:
- Express delivery in mainland France: 24–48 hours
- Standard delivery in mainland France: 2 to 4 business days
- Standard delivery in Europe: 3 to 7 business days
Chauss Service makes every effort to meet these delivery times but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or any event of force majeure.
C. Delivery costs
Free delivery to a pickup point in mainland France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal (Mondial Relay or equivalent)
Express home delivery in mainland France: €2
Standard home delivery in Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands: €8.
Standard home delivery in Austria, Spain, Italy and Portugal: €12.
The risks associated with transport are borne by the Customer from the moment the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
The Customer must check the condition of the parcel upon receipt and report any issue within 48 hours to: contact@soiretmatin.fr
Returns and Refunds
The Customer may return or exchange a product within 30 days of placing the order using one of the following methods:
- Your customer account (Order history)
- Our contact form, specifying your order number
- By email to contact@soiretmatin.fr, specifying your order number
1. Eligibility conditions
To be accepted for return, the product must be in a resaleable condition (not worn under normal conditions of use, not used, not washed, not damaged, returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and labels intact).
Any product that does not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the Customer without refund or exchange.
2. Return costs
Returns are subject to a flat fee of €3.00 in mainland France.
This amount will automatically be deducted from the refund.
All returns made from a country outside mainland France are entirely at the Customer’s expense, including all shipping, transport, customs or any other associated costs.
3. Refund
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and inspection of the product.
The refund will be made using the original payment method.
No refund will be issued for non-compliant returns.
